'First off , the staff.. so so amazing. I had gotten food poisoning from a tour I did, and they were so helpful keeping me hydrated and had tablets to let me enjoy my vacation. The food options were great, many options. This can just be your stay without ever visiting town. The view was jaw dropping everyday. Aircon was strong , even had to turn it off it got so cold. 'This is far from the city so I booked this place after spending 2 days in downtown. The cottages are very private but so inconvenient if you want to go to the pool. It was a hike to get to the pool, also, unfortunately we had a post op family member, so she was not able to go. The pool was not maintained, paint in the pool was chipping and the water was murky. 'During our stay it was low season, so the hotel felt deserted at times (thought there was always staff there). However: The atmosphere must be amazing if there are more visitors. 'It was an amazing stay eventhough we stayed only 1 night! The wonderfull surroundings, the friendly owner Paolo, the good service, the fiendly staff, security, the great houseboat with all his great details, the restaurant, it was fantastic! We ordered lunch and breakfast to be delivered by boat to our houseboat and everything went perfect! The food delivered on time and it was delicious.
