'Holy cow the best stay I've ever experienced!!! We had a room right off the main lobby/breakfast area. It had a beautiful balcony that overlooked amazing hillsides surrounding Montepulciano. The staff were all so accommodating and sweet! Breakfast was delicious and fresh! The room was comfortable and super clean! We will definitely return here on our next visit!!! '

'We reserved a room for 3 people and basically got a 2 bedroom unit for a very reasonable price. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean. Location was great - beautiful view from the balcony over the countryside and was right in the center of the city so easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Parking was a bit of a hassle but I eventually found some. Included breakfast from a cafe on the street that was delightful. '

'It's hard to imagine you can call staying at a property with the nightly rates that are being charged here as good value, but amazingly it is.
This is by far the best property I have ever had the joy of staying at, the attention to detail is second to none. All of the staff are amazing and make the stay feel like you're part of a family, you can spend all day just wandering around the grounds there are so many little details to find and the pool is to die for.

"Very nice welcome by our host and we started immediately with wine tasting with cheese and bruschettas. Although we were the only guests she offered to make dinner for us. But we went into the centre of Montepulciano (walking distance) and found a few open restaurants. Beautiful centre with a few shops open despite the winter period closures.
