Negatief: Staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
It's a decent enough hotel, but I cannot stress enough how terrible the service was. I was awoken at 7 a.m. by a phone call from the front desk that I (obviously) didn't answer. So in response, they sent someone to my room who knocked on my door, and then proceeded to TRY TO ENTER, by unlocking the locked door. Luckily I had the top latch locked so they couldn't get in, but as a solo female traveller I found this experience VERY frightening.
At that point, there was no way I was going back to sleep, so I decided to get ready for my day. 30 minutes later, they came back to my door. I opened it (with the top latch still locked) and said "can I help you with something?" and this man simply asked "we're just wondering when you're planning on leaving", to which I replied "I don't know". Their check-out time is 12pm, so it's absolutely ridiculous of them to torment me at 7 in the morning wondering when I am leaving.
2 star rating is solely because the shower is one of the best showers I've ever had in a hotel. Awful, awful service, especially for solo female travellers!
