    Appartement rénové au TROISIÈME étage sans ascenseur, comprenant 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains, situé dans une rue calme et bordée d’arbres sur le campus de l’Université de l’Illinois à Chicago. À un pâté de maisons de Taylor Street, vous pourrez y déguster un dîner raffiné ou décontracté.
    Vous pouvez rejoindre les lignes Rose ou Bleue à pied, ou vous rendre au centre-ville : c'est à deux pas. Il s'agit d'un appartement lumineux, situé au troisième étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur, avec vue sur la cime des arbres. Le dernier étage est très prisé : aucun bruit de pas au-dessus de votre tête et le soleil inonde la pièce par les fenêtres et la verrière.

We traveled to Chicago to attend a concert at the United Center and this spot couldn't have been better. The unit was close to the venue, super clean, quiet, and really well-priced. Nice little touches, like having coffee and creamer stocked. Area felt safe and convenient. 10 out of 10, would definitely stay again.

The property is beautiful and in such a quiet, quaint, neighborhood. It is easy walking to local restaurants, parks, and minutes to downtown. The assigned parking is nice but if you have a larger vehicle it is a very tight space. The unit was clean and quiet. We would most definitely stay again! John was very responsive and accommodating to our needs during the stay!

We attended my son’s graduation at the UIC arena so the location of place was convenient. The place was clean, well stocked amenities and perfect for my family of 7.Restaurants in Little Italy was close and walking distance.Also enjoyed free parking that came with the place.

Absolutely amazing location, price, and amenities. Everything was clean and well put together. Loved how close to the train station we were and how comfortable the unit was. Plenty of space for a small group of people. Will be looking to book again in the future if I have a group of this size. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Very very clean , beautiful place ! Lots of extras in the kitchen , snacks , coffee ! This was a 10/10 stay ! The manager thought of EVERYTHING! Loved our stay with 7 people , PLENTY of room , beautiful area of the city , close to public transportation and very safe ! Parking passes too ! Wow !

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Convenient to medical center, UIC, tons of restaurants. Quick walk to pink or blue line, or walk all the way downtown. Host was responsive and super helpful (especially when we locked ourselves out, oops). Nice touches of candy, snacks, and plenty of coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

So clean! So easy! So pretty! Perfectly ideal for 6 people, 4 adults, 2 kids, family friendly. Host is amazing! Process was so enjoyable! Will definitely book again next time! Apartment was the nicest vacation spot ever! Right in the middle of everything - easy to get to and get around. Best experience! Extremely happy! What a gorgeous property! The rooms were perfect, the kitchen was lovely, and it was right in the middle of so much. I would not recommend this property if you can’t do a lot of stairs or if you have to carry up a small child, and the parking space given is TIGHT. Otherwise, just perfect!

Our family of 4 stayed here for the last stop of our 2-week long roadtrip across several different states/cities. We had a wonderful stay and would re-book in a heartbeat. Although the buidling is well over 100 years old and shows its age; it does so in a charming way. The flat has been updated and decorated beautifully and the host went out of his way to ensure this felt like a 'home away from home' with attention to details that other properties surely miss. The neighborhood was absolutely lovely and felt very safe when exploring. The train station proximity to the property was so nice and allowed us to leave our vehicle parked and utilize the trains/busses for our entire stay. The only drawback was on our arrival and departure days when needing to haul our belongings up/down 3 flights of stairs, but we were well aware of that being the case when we booked.

We loved our stay at the Graystone. It was clean, cozy, safe, great neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable and every amenity was considered. There were snacks, coffee, ice, toiletries... you really could not ask for more. Great walking area. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Chicago. Thanks John for a wonderful stay!

Great Space, Wonderful Host, and Perfect Location!We had a wonderful experience staying at this property with a group of 6 adults. The layout is great even with a full house, we had plenty of room and never felt crowded.What we loved:Comfort & Amenities: The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.Excellent Hosting: The owner was wonderful to work with, incredibly prompt and communicative both before and during our stay.Location: It’s located in a very quaint, quiet neighborhood that is highly walkable to great local spots to eat and drink. Plus, being so close to the Pink Line made traveling into downtown completely effortless.Good to know for future guests:The Layout: The rental is on the third floor, so be prepared for a very healthy number of stairs to climb!Sound: The walls/floors are on the thinner side, so you may hear some ambient noise from the neighborhood or downstairs neighbors.Overall, it’s a spacious, comfortable, and well-connected place to stay. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The place was amazing. Our best vacation rental ever!! Every detail was thoughtfully cared for (our teens ate way too many of the treats in the candy jar!). The beds were comfortable, the windows so big and so quiet, the bathrooms cozy, the art throughout the apartment beautiful. We enjoyed playing games and reading the books about Chicago and just sitting on the steps outside watching people go by. The location was awesome. Super close to the Polk L line, and Taylor Street food and so many great parks. We just loved walking around the neighborhood!We did have a minor electrical issue and John was super kind and responsive and helpful throughout. He was also super knowledgeable about the neighborhood and gave us some great suggestions for things to do. It made for a magical time in Little Italy. We can't wait to come back again!
