'We had a wonderful stay at “Le clos saint-Nicolas”. There is ample car parking around the property, you dont have to park on the street. The bedrooms were clean and very quiet as the main house is not by the road. The place is well kept and the hosts looked after us with a wonderful breakfast the following morning. We even managed to have a splash in the outdoor (heated) swimming pool before resuming our travels! We will definitely come back the next time we plan a trip around Paris!'

'Belle renovation,quelques defauts d entretien (stores,joints de douche,manque de prises electriques,etc...)accueil par 2 digicodes,chere pour ce type de logement,la prochaine fois je retourne à l hotel meilleur rapport qualité prix .Tout Orsay est payant en stationnement donc pas de possibilité d y echapper.Le propriétaire propose une place payante dans une residence proximité. '

'Zeer aangenaam verbijf op een steenworp van Parijs. Moderne inrichting met mogelijkheid van gebruik van keuken in de gezamelijke ontbijtruimte. Tevens fijn kunnen relaxen in de jacuzzi met uitzicht op de nabijgelegen kerk. Typisch Frans ontbijt. Verder weinig vertier in de directe omgeving, dus ideaal voor rust. Eigenaar zeer vriendelijk en open voor een gesprek over de achtergrond van zijn doen en laten.'

'The property was amazing. It was so clean and tidy. The property was well secured with Digital locks for the room and the main gate and changing those combinations after every guests check out The host was responsive at all the queries at all times! The only issue is with limited transportation! There is a bus stop right next to the property but the bus timings are only half an hour once during day times and 1 hour once during the night! Apart from that there is a Metro station which is 1.2kms...

'Claire was beyond helpful. She figured out the metro stops for us and provided free parking since we DID NOT want to drive in Paris. The beds and sofa bed were comfy. The shower was hot and the towels were soft. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony and hot tub were wonderful! Claire asked what time to bring breakfast and showed up with a basket of fruits, jellies, fresh baked goods, and more. We felt so spoiled. The neighborhood was safe and we walked around without fear. We recommend...

'The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one.
