'This apartment is clean, well maintained, comfortable and charming. The kitchen is very well supplied with dish ware and cookware. It is quiet and felt safe, though the 4 locks on the door gave me pause. The linens and bed were comfortable, and the towels were thick and nice. The pillows are a little flat for some people. No shower curtain like most places, so the floor gets a little wet. A drying rack for laundry would be nice as there is a washing machine. It is close to transit options and...

'Great location: walkable to the markets on Quai Celestines, shopping on Rue de Republique , Bistros on Rue Mercier, and near the metro. Washing machine was useful and clothes dried on the heated bathroom rack. Nicely remodeled unit, small but very efficient space. Minor considerations: no view, a bit tight for cars and dropping luggage, no AC but had ceiling fan. Great communication. We enjoyed our stay!'

'We were very happy with the property. The place is beautiful. One thing I wanted to mention is that, as is very common in Europe, there is no air conditioning. The weather was very hot in Lyon while we were there (close to 35 C) but the apartment stayed very comfortable with the fans provided. So don't let the lack of air conditioning deter you from renting this beautiful apartment.'
