'I would like to give suggestions and constructive criticisms that hopefully will improve this property. First of all, there is poor ventilation. At the very least, the AC should be working to improve air circulation. I tried several times, and it won't. Towels were provided but you almost wouldn't want to use them. They're so old and worn out I had to buy my own. Might as well say bring your own towel instead if this were the kind you would find. The shower is so small I could barely fit without...

'The location is truly unbeatable, right where we needed to be, with very easy access to public transportation, which made getting around super convenient. The apartment itself is lovely, comfortable, and well-suited for a family stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout, which we really appreciated.Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a well-located and pleasant place to stay!'

'Honestly, if location is all that matters, this is the place. Its location is incredible. With that said, the fold-out bed is very uncomfortable; the shower takes a long time to drain; the bathroom is cramped; and the owners tried to charge me half of my security deposit, saying they had paid me in full, which was not the case. Choose this property at your own risk.'

'The apartment is in a very good location to get to The Marais, Beaubourg and the river within a 10 minute walk. It is quiet at night and we felt safe. It is air conditioned and has a good shower room. However, it is to all intents and purposes, hermetically sealed with no usable opening windows and the windows have obscure film or shutters on them so you can’t see outside- necessary, presumably, because it is at street level. 'Appartement petit mais très confortable. Très facile de communiquer avec les hôtes, ils ont le soucis de notre bien être. Nous avions reçu avant notre arrivée plusieurs informations concernant les commodités au alentours de notre résidence ( restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie…) qui nous ont été très utiles. 'We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. '
