We do not split up the 2 units so it’s the perfect set up for multiple families and friends. The upstairs has 3 bdr, 1 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, office, and sitting area with roku tvs in each bedroom and a 75 inch in the open concept area. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms,1 bath, kitchen, laundry, dining area, It also has a pool table and foosball table in the game room with roku tvs in each bedroom and living area as well. This home is huge but still cozy and full of southern charm in the city. It easily sleeps 11 adults in an actual bed , not a couch or blow up mattress situation. Kids and adults can enjoy this property. We have games and toys for all ages. Huge yard space with the back yard completely fenced. Please disclose if bringing a pet and add them to your reservation. We have a fire pit with wood inside and covered, extra wood is stored under the deck stairs. We also have a charcoal grill. Huge deck with 2 levels and oversized stairs leading right into the back yard. There is a 2nd deck on the side entrance from the gravel. Lots of parking areas on both sides of the property. Please do not park on the street. This is an urban area home and some neighbors park on the street. This home is on a quiet corner double lot with lots of parking on both sides with mature trees.
