'Exactly as described, reasonably priced, quiet neighborhood setting'

'The porch was the best part! What a great daybed swing for lounging! I also played darts. The location is only a short drive to everything. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. There was a glitch with the WiFi and therefore tvs when we first got there but the owner’s helped take care of it quickly. My only real feedback to take the review to the highest would be to do something to ensure the upstairs bedroom stays cool. With only one hvac unit in 3 stories being on the bottom we...

'The house is so cute, and the host has thought of everything to make it comfortable like home. It was perfect for me and my wife on our short visit to Nooga to visit family. The whole rental literally couldn’t have been better!'

'The neighborhood is transitional. But we did feel safe! The location could not have been better! Ten minutes to the zoo, fifteen to the aquarium. Fifteen to twenty to ruby falls. Fifteen to a wonderful mall! Close to plenty of restaurants. The house was so charming! They did a great job restoring the house! So beautiful! The bathrooms are both amazing! We felt right at home! Thank you so much!'

'Fantastic location close to bars and restaurants! Host was fast to respond to any questions. I'd rate this a 10/10 except for the stairs. Only bathroom is on the second floor. Anyone using the third floor bedroom has to walk through the second floor bedroom to get to the bath or the kitchen. This results in a lack of privacy for anyone using the second floor bedroom. I couldn’t recommend this unit to anyone with problems climbing stairs. Otherwise, it's great!'

'We just loved this sweet little house. It was in a really convenient location, was superbly stocked, and had a lovely little backyard oasis. The fenced yard was great for our dog too. We have stayed at a number of rentals over the years and this was actually one of the best. Don’t hesitate to book this little gem. 😊'

'We thoroughly enjoyed this house for our girls weekend! The home was very clean and homey. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Location was great and we loved the chalkboard of recommended places to visit! We would definitely stay here again.'

'The house was great. Very clean. The ear plugs were a nice touch and necessary. The street noise is loud and we did not feel safe walking around with a homeless campsite directly across the street.'

'We absolutely loved this little pocket of heaven. Perfect sized house for three people. So clean and minutes away from St Elmo strip. After long days spent in downtown Chatt, walking, hiking and exploring, we looked forward to coming back to this oasis and recharging. I miss it already and we are already looking at future dates when we can return! The owners were very quick to respond and super sweet. All to say, you should stay here :)'
