'We spent the first night of our honeymoon at the The Quoin Hotel on our way up to Maine, and it was truly an amazing experience. 'There was no complementary breakfast, parking only in a garage in a separate building, and upon entering my room, the shower did not work! The staff 1st said, they didn't have any rooms avaliable, but they did send someone up and he told us he will get us another room and came through. It was very inconvenient for the time we had arrived, but at the end, the gentleman came through. Overall, I won't stay here again! The rooms were clean, very updated but the location is not cool.'

'Horrible! I reserved my stay a month ahead. When I arrived i was told that the hotel was overbooked and they had no availability for me. Now imagine YOU coming of an 8+ hour road trip to be told that there is no availability. Please reconsider another hotel before considering Residence Inn @ the Marriot. - they do not value YOU! '

'Overall, staff and hotel were good. Shower stall floor seemed a bit grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken off. One of the glasses in the kitchen had a lipstick print on it. Other then that we appreciated the location and the 2 bedroom suite. Check in/out was easy.'
