'I would only recommend this for adults, not appropriate at all for kids. Maybe older kids scary steep to walk down to the water no air conditioning no screens in order to keep the windows or doors open inside. The house is very pretty. The view from the deck is very nice. The kitchen is beautiful. The living room downstairs is nice getting up and down the stairs though it’s a spiral staircase. There are four bedrooms '

'House was clean however did have some spiders and webs which is typical but Someone before us must have had a pet as there was an odor in master room if door is shut (believe it is on rug by door). Porch and decking are old and need replacing. However we were not there to spend time in house and it fit our needs'

'The location is beautiful right on the lake. Easy access to water sports and paddle boards are provided. Stephanie was VERY responsive and helpful. House is well appointed and clean. Comfortable beds. Great vacation spot. '

'We enjoyed the views of Lake Champlain right from the back deck and the town of Burlington. We had the opportunity to take a cruise on the Spirit of Ethan Allen which we enjoyed very much. We also strolled through the Church street Matketplace and visited Ethan Allen’s Homestead'

'This property was located close to my daughter’s place and very convenient. The beds are comfortable although better quality pillows would be a plus. The bathroom is updated and nice! A ceiling fan in both rooms would help circulate the air especially at night. Overall a great place to stay in a nice neighborhood. '

'This property was the perfect place for our family members from Pennsylvania, Maine and Arizona to gather to be near our parents who live at Wake Robin. Given the rainy weather during our stay, we spent a lot of time in the house and loved all the community areas for cards, working puzzles, family meals, etc. The multiple bedrooms, fabulous views, and bucolic setting were wonderful!
