« Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. »

« Breakfast was very good with a wide variety. The staff was not very professional, especially in attire and spent a lot of time out front smoking. Housekeeping knocked on several doors, including ours, asking if we were leaving and this was between 9:30 and 10:00. Checkout time is 11:00. »

« Check in was smooth, parking was nearby an entrance to the hotel, pool was an awesome bonus, room was clean with comfortable beds that were sound-proof, but breakfast was lacking. The machine for coffee malfunctioned and the staff were not able to keep up with the demands for a Sunday morning breakfast spread. Other than the breakfast problem, it was a great stay! »

« Very friendly staff. And clean. The only complaint would be the breakfast it could use some work. The lady keeping up with it was wonderful but the food wasn’t very good! I do believe they put waffle batter in with the country gravy! And the bacon wasn’t cooked good even for hotel breakfast. »

« I spoke to John several days earlier concerning our reservations, (the front desk at our Ooltewah, Tn Holiday Inn location) walked in At 3;05 on our arrival dated and a gentleman was standing there at the check-in desk, can I help you he said . Are you Johnny I said and every thing was great from then on. Everything,parking,breakfast,extra towels and such was great. Check was smooth! THANK YOU! We had a beautiful wedding of our Grand-Daughter nearby. »

« The breakfast was a little disappointing. There was no jelly for biscuits, no coffee machine, and limited food options, but they did have a waffle maker. The lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim, but the room was nice and the bed comfortable. The room was hot when we arrived because the AC was turned off, but otherwise we had a good stay. »
