'Appreciated the cleanliness. Disappointed about the bed. It was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept on! It was low to the ground, felt like a cheap mattress. Won’t stay here again due to how uncomfortable it was. Disappointed no complementary breakfast since most hotels offer it. They do serve food for additional cost. But the deal breaker was the bed.'

'Came to celebrate my sons birthday and my sons birthday (we share a birthday) Room was clean and cute. AC didn’t work too well. It was set at 72 and we tried putting it at 64 and it never came down past 68. And there were some guests who didn’t watch their kids at all and they were running up and down the halls and playing in the elevator. So annoying. Not so much the staffs fault but I feel like maybe they should’ve said something to them. Pool area could’ve been neater but kids had a good...

En het rolgordijn stelde niets voor, waardoor het gewoon licht bleef in de kamer. Verduisterende gordijnen zouden hier op zijn plaats zijn. Waarschijnlijk kunnen die dan ook het verkeerslawaai dempen. '
