The front desk clerk couldn't clarify over the phone. When we finally went inside anyway, the excuse was that they were "under renovation"..... The front lobby had the coffee machine labeled as "out of order" as were all the ice machines except one on the 2nd floor. We were on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. The fire escape was...
