« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « What beautiful spot to spend the night as my husband and I were taking a roadtrip up north. The room was cozy and clean, with the sound of the river to fall asleep to. I woke up early, enjoyed my coffee on the balcony, and watched the wildlife wake up while the sun rose over the hills - including a bald eagle! We will absolutely be back in the future for another peaceful getaway. »
