« Everything seemed to be going really smoothly, including the check-in. Upon arriving at the unit rental, D we found the conditions of the unit D unacceptable. The kitchen was filthy with crumbs, dirty coffee, pot, dirty dishes in the cabinets. The outside of the refrigerator door was dirty with smudges and sticky substance poured down the front. The bathroom sink was not clean. There was old toothpaste spit in the sink and handles for the faucet were dirty. There was a dead spider in the bathtub...

« Yes it was Christmas and we needed something’s. The just did not hesitate to take time away from their family to ensure we had the things that we needed. If we’re ever back to Cocoa Beach, we will definitely be staying there again. !! »

« Nice and spacy room, clean and good AC. However, we didn't get the apartment we thought we ordered. We wanted to stay closer to the family we were visiting, and the pictures from the apartment we booked showed separate bedroom and living room. »

« We had an amazing time in these split villas for my best friend's bachelorette party. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. The photo ops were fabulous. The outdoor shower was everything, especially when 8 girls were all trying to get ready for dinner as fast as possible! I would 100000% recommend this house for anyone looking for a cute, girly and very user friendly home for a girls trip weekend! »

« Outstanding ocean front property. This far exceeded my expectations. Beach front with easy walk to the beach and affordable chairs and umbrellas to rent. The on-site activities are great for teenagers.This property is super clean, well kept, and well stocked. The soaking tub in the primary bedroom was a huge plus.We hope to make this an annual trip and rebook soon for next year. »

« Place is super cute but the dishwasher was leaking when we walked in. Called Rob and he accommodati g but they sent someone at 7:45 the next morning and we were sleeping; so they just ended up turning it off later that day but it kept leaking . Hot tub was a little dirty and barely warm »
