'A code on the AC flashed and when we let ownership know there was a technician there within the hour:). A block from the beach was perfect. Back patio area could have been raked and cleaned up better but no big deal.'

'Things I liked first. Hot water didn't run out. House stayed cool despite the raging sun outside. The beach is a block away. Very quick walk. Staff got back to me right away when I had questions. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook on the stove. Sinkin the kitchen was Xtra large -easy for dishes to get washed. Washer and dryer on site and free- nice microwave and there was a toaster too. Kureig coffee maker with coffee supplied too! Beds were comfy....

'The property is set back from the beach, so the walk to and from the beach each day was longer than we expected. Our room was listed on Expedia as an "ocean view," but unfortunately, it was located on the first floor, and the overgrown foliage completely blocked any view of the ocean. It was disappointing to have such a beautiful balcony without the ocean view we anticipated. That said, the condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. 'Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though.'

'We loved nearly everything about the stay. It was peaceful and quiet. There were other guests and yet we still felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The pool was very clean and only ever had a couple of people in it. There was plenty of seating on the property where we could hang out with others (my mother and aunt stayed in one of the units as well).
