'I had the best experience for a little getaway weekend with my daughter. We had a bit of trouble getting in the room because the cards weren’t working but the manager was quick in resolving the issue and the customer service team were amazing and responded quickly. 10/10 ⭐️'

'This was one of the best & fun accommodations we’ve ever had. Everything that you could possibly need was on the houseboat. Sitting out on the dock in the morning with our coffee and watching the boats go by and the dolphins swim was amazing. Being only steps away from the bar & restaurant was very convenient. The Polynesian inspired food at the open air restaurant on the marina was fantastic. The staff at the resort were extremely helpful & friendly. Our only complaint is that we only stayed...

'The registration process was difficult for me. I had great trouble sending them pics of my driver's license and another photo. I stayed there in 2023 and 2024, but they couldn't or would not use that info even though I have been at the same address and circumstances for the last 23 years. I only change is that I'm 2 years older. It was very frustrating.'
