'What a great stay we had over the weekend! The property was exactly what we were looking for, it's great for our family of 4. The only complaint we had was that the property is a little outdated. The window in the loft did not stay open so it was very warm up there. The shower upstairs was leaking from the shower head, so we just used the downstairs shower and the battery in the smoke alarm in the bedroom kept beeping because it needed to be changed. 'Had a wonderful stay for a weekend family retreat with adult children and our dog. The place was well furnished with quality bedding and very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with spices and treats. Location was central and convenient with the Arroyo Grande village nearby, Trader Joe's, and freeway access to hikes, golfing, and beach. It was nice having a small backyard for our dog. Complex was very quiet. Electric car charger was a definite bonus. Would love to come back for another stay.'

'The condo was everything we could have wanted. Beautifully updated, all furniture comfortable including the bed, modern kitchen, updated bathroom,everything functioning well. The best part was the view of the ocean with the big picture windows. We were lucky to have sunshine for our 4 days there and the view just can't be beat.
