'I tried multiple times to get in touch with the property manager because we had to change our plans as a result of weather and were hoping to get at least a partial refund, but there was zero response. The manager never replied to my initial message about property either. Obviously the weather was not their fault and we should have cancelled earlier, but the no reply to messages was very frustrating.'

'We had an absolutely lovely stay at Atlantis in Treasure Cay! The home was spotless, well stocked with everything you need (tons of storage) & really felt like home. Just a few steps from the beach, pool & your own private boat dock. Neighbors were so friendly and the hosts were very accomoding. Just wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend and can't wait to return soon!'
