« Great location, the shuttle to and from Broadway was amazingly convenient. Only issue we had (for a brand new hotel) is that there was one elevator basically permanently down, and a guest broke the other one so we had to take stairs for a couple hours until it was fixed, but that was just for a few hours (and I only had to climb once) »
