'The hotel part is good. The part they have a problem with is the pool bar staff. They are horrible and was too focused on their friends to help any of the guest to the point I had to ask are you working and they made it feel like I was inconvenience them. I had one beer and left. That was the second shot I gave them. The first time was just as horrible. I can see why their pool bar isn’t that popular'

'I loved the staff, the people, and the cleanliness. The place was “dated” but I’m sure it was beautiful in the day. Unfortunately the arcade and movie theater were closed during our stay. Very disappointed grandkids.'

'I love Margaritavilles that I have been to. Fort Myers Beach and Orlando are great. This one is ok. Its definitely sub par to those two but still a great choice in the area. The resort is impossible to walk. They have golf carts that go by a lot and you can request them. Nice of them but terrible layout of the resort. Staff was generally good. Maintenance was not so good in the rooms such as missing drawer handles, terrible showers from the 80's; The property is just getting very dated....
