'It was the cutest modern motel. My husband and I last-minute planned a getaway to Detroit Lakes for our anniversary. I found Beachfront Haven on the “Visit Detroit Lakes” website in places to stay. It was clean, cute, cozy, affordable, and we felt safe in the area. It is across the street from the lake, surrounded by amazing restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!'

'Beautiful property, well cared for, clean and so comfortable. Plenty of room for us all (we had 6 people) Beds were amazingly comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were stocked and clean. We honestly had no issues. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond when we had a question, and Causeway amenities were all wonderful. We had a wonderful time.'

'Stay was absolutely amazing. Staff are very accommodating and lovely. One thing I would say is the communication with the kitchen staff could use some work. At least once per meal something wasn’t as requested when it was very basic request. Ex. No tomatoes, or sauce on the side.'

'Always clean and convenient with shuttle to the airport entrance. Entrance direct into the airport for carry on customers. Restaurant is good and staff friendly. Starbucks in lobby.'
