I had a room for one night at mystic lake casino and hotel. I was staying with my adult granddaughter in this room.
Check out for this hotel is 11:00am. At around 9:30am, a housekeeping employee named Javier, opened our hotel room door without knocking! SERIOUSLY! IS THIS NORMAL PRACTICE HERE!
I spoke with a female employee at reservations and she apologized and offered to buy me breakfast. Really! This is what you do when a male employee violates the privacy of two females!!!!
