« I didn’t like how LOUD the room doors shut. I had a sleepless first night. The frontline moved me to a different floor and I was able to catch up on sleep that night. Staff is polite and understanding. Breakfast options and area were nice. No swimming pool! Make sure to pick a room with the river view! Beautiful! »

« The unit's bedrooms have no windows at all. So you can't tell day and night and the a/c needs to be on 24/7 because there is no fresh air coming in. The internet does not work so you can't work in the unit at all. No one is coming to fix it for you. We complained every day and in the end they only give us $50 off for the whole stay. The location is convenient and safe. The unit is clean. »
