« Room was clean and staff very accommodating for fresh towels or anything we needed.
The only downfall we had was no automatic doors for access at the entrance to hotel in a wheelchair. Made it a little diffucult. »

« The property has no signage on the outside so was difficult to know if we were at the correct place booked. Booked a king size bed for 2 (husband and wife), was given an accessible room with two queens. Although there was a Keurig coffee maker in the room, there were no cups and no decaf pods. I went and asked for decaf and was told they didn’t have any. I had to push to get them to make me some decaf as I was cold. The bath towels were thin, the beds were sloppily made. When we checked...

« Bel hôtel mais le personnel est froid et ne donne pas un bon service. Le personnel semble être malheureux aucun sourire et ils ont de la misère à répondre lorsqu’on leur du bonjour. »
