' The Hyatt met and far exceeded our expectations. When we walked in, the staff greeted us and were super friendly. Check-in was super easy. My only critique is that I didn't realize they were going to give us complimentary parking in the garage, so I paid with the parking app prior to going in. This may have been stated in the reservation documents, but I didn't read thoroughly, so I'm not sure (definitely won't count this against them). We will know next time that the parking is...

'The staff were so friendly at check in and super professional. They had someone complaining about them not serving liquor and they handled it with grace and kindness. The room had tons of space and the pool was really big! '

'We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day of driving. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and clean, and the bed & pillows were comfy. We particularly liked the breakfast set-up with stations spaced out around the perimeter of the room, eliminating waiting and crowded/awkward moments. We really thought it was a terrific idea and worked much better than other hotels where everything is along one wall!! '
