'The front desk help was great. Very friendly. The heat unit in room was not working. Blowing cooler air even when set at 85. Outside temp was in the 20’s. Told front desk on Thanksgiving morning and was told the on-site service person would check it that day. Came back that evening and asked front desk if had been looked at, said service person was not there that day. '
