'This is the WORST place I booked at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE IN BOOKING HERE.
Communication is almost non-existent. I inquired about their additional fees after booking but no response. Check the property details first so you'll know the add-on fees. I contacted Hotels.com if i can cancel my reservation so they sent a message to the property and they didn't get a response after 24hrs so Hotels told me my reservation is still in place. The property owner responded later on to my inquiry and...

'The room needs maintenance and thorough cleaning. Kitchen sink drain plugged. Shower curtain rod is broken. Taps need outlet cleaning. Bedding was very old not of goid quality. Had issues with ants and bed bugs in the unit. Air conditioner filter was so dirty the unit alarmed. I cleaned it myself. Walls require repair patching, and painting. Elevators were in constant repair mode for one reason or another. Overall, this particular rental, I wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed in this rental....

'We rented this condo trough Expedia for 1 month. On arrival we already noticed a lot of mold in the cabinets and a leaking sink. Next to that there was no cleaning done at all and a lot of cockroaches in the room/kitchen, only the bed sheets were changed. We contacted Riza about this issue and she said it would be fixed. Weeks go by and nothing has been done. Contacted her again and finally she decided to place some cockroach traps (which helped).
Then we added 4 (extra) months trough Riza...

'Terrible place to stay. Pictures are deceiving. Does. Ot look anything like the pictures on the website. The communication is terrible and hard to reach.
The apartment itself is gross and filled with bugs and smells really bad inside. Please remove this from your website, place is such a scam and not worth the money '

'Vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie kamers, ideaal voor 4 personen, nogal krap met ons zessen.
Lawaaiierige airco en koelkast.
Electriciteit valt soms uit in de hele wijk.
Naam 'luxury' suites is mss wel wat misleidend 😉'
