Beaches are very close, as well is dining, and water craft rentals. Checkin/out very easy. I recommend this location for your vacation rental.'

'Our room was very clean. We enjoyed a heated pool a couple of times. It was a good vacation for us as we were visiting with family and friends in Englewood and Venice. We also traveled south to Punta Gorda to a sculpture garden.This would be a perfect place to stay for a few more weeks.'

'The condo itself was nice. Everything you need for a great stay. Since it was on the second floor, which is basically the third floor, the stairs got a bit exhausting. The management company sends you a rental agreement after you reserve that feels like you are buying a house. Check in time is 4pm – check out 10am. You are losing a day at the beach. Signs are everywhere in the condo – do this, don’t do this. The management company is accommodating for an additional price. If you have a...
