Hôtel près de Catlettsburg City Athletic Complex (Catlettsburg)

« Positive points: staff very smiling, nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed and sufficient breakfast (no more) Negative points: the walls are very thin (you can hear everything) and a train passes every morning and honks by the way, wifi can be improved, no way to change the tv chanel »

« Helpful staff, clean hotel, stay here if in the area »

« We rented a handicap accessible room, which was at the very long end of the 3rd floor it felt like a complete afterthought. Thank goodness there was no fire or loss of elevator use. It was tight quarters and no where to sit other than a rolling office chair. The doorbell and lowered peep hole did not exist. The shower took at least 10 minutes to begin to warm up then about 5 minutes into the second persons shower got incredibly hot very quickly. So in total the water probably ran 30-35 minutes...

« Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Very clean and cozy cabin! Great price! Looking forward to checking in again this weekend! »

« Property under construction. Strong smell of paint. It may be fine once renovation is completed. Great location. Friendly staff. »

« Pros: staff and dog friendly Cons: not clean, not kept up, bathroom door broken, toilet rocked, shower looked dirty, bathroom sink cracked, AC barely worked, sat something in front of door because it didn't feel secure, infested with stink bugs and had spiders »

« Sejour pro de 3 jours. Hotel confort, spacieux, propre et plus moderne que la moyenne. Excellente localisation pour sortir manger ou boire un verre. Un tres bon pued a terre pour decouvrir la West Virginia ! »

« The room smelled very musty. »

« It’s old and in need of renovation. The mattress itself was comfortable The hot tub was out of order and the breakfast was average at best. »

« Great clean rooms, very friendly staff! »

« While the property is in need of a facelift, the mattress was very comfortable! The bedding in our room was yellowed and didn’t smell clean. I called the front desk to get new pillowcases, but was told the office was locked. 🤔The towels were very thin but clean. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok! The motel is next to a busy train track with trains running all night. I must say at least the price was good! »
