'Ligging in the middle of nowhere wisten we, was ook slechts bedoeld voor een overnachting op een lang reistraject. Sleutelkaarten van de deur haperden, receptionist behandelt je dan alsof je niet goed wijs bent. Kamer was muf, en de volgende ochtend zaten we onder de insectenbeten. Niet duidelijk of bedbugs of vlooien, maar onaangenaam was het wel. Ik had een redelijke dunk van Ramada, maar daarop ben ik nu wel teruggekomen.'

'The staff was rude, I booked a night for my son who was there for a job interview. Because I booked the room, they wanted him to produce verification for me since the card was in my name. My son had no phone so asked the clerk if he could use their phone to call me and I could verify and the clerk refused. He then asked the clerk if he could call and he refused. He turned my son away and he had to try to find another place to stay. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE...

'Very clean and cozy beds! The breakfast here is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! On weekends though it doesn’t start until 7am. We were up super early so it would have been nice if it started at 6am. No complaints on anything else.'

'Helpful staff, clean hotel, stay here if in the area'

'The room was clean, front desk staff was helpful for our late night check in. Breakfast staff was courteous and great… French toast and Belgium waffle with strawberries were all delicious and so were the sausage links. 5 star stay. Thank you!'

'Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again.'

'We did not have hot water in our room and weren’t able to get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk.'

'Desk clerk Shannon was a total jerk. She was confrontational and should be fired. Several bulbs were burned out. The light switch between the beds was either installed upside down or wired backwards. The A/C register is so close to the bed that you cannot walk on that side. Breakfast was a joke. The fake food is very basic and has no taste. People sit outside the entrance and smoke or spit. They don't wash it down.'

'Very clean and cozy cabin! Great price! Looking forward to checking in again this weekend!'

'Nice staff'

'Clean room. Helpful staff. I did not eat breakfast or use the kitchen. My dog enjoyed the stay as well.'

'All'

'Pros: staff and dog friendly Cons: not clean, not kept up, bathroom door broken, toilet rocked, shower looked dirty, bathroom sink cracked, AC barely worked, sat something in front of door because it didn't feel secure, infested with stink bugs and had spiders'

'Great clean rooms, very friendly staff!'
