'Came to town to visit family and wanted to see this impressive hotel that was built just before we moved away. We didn’t really take advantage of all the amenities, but it is modern and comfortable and the bar/restaurant staff are great. There was some small, occasional ticking sound near the entrance of our room that seemed to be caused by vibration in the walls, and there isn’t an option for less lighting in the bathroom. Overall, though, it was one of the best hotel stays we’ve experienced!'

'Check in staff were friendly and efficient, also observed her being extra helpful and kind to another guest. Every aspect of the room was clean, was nice to find both a microwave and fridge, and the fan/heater was easy to use and worked well. There were plenty of easy to access and within reach outlets (traditional and USB) around the room. 'The hotel is not the easiest to find as it is tucked in behind a strip mall and a Lowe's as it does not front on any street. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. On the negative side it need some TLC. The carpet in my room had numerous large dirty spots - I was afraid to walk on it barefooted. There were other imperfections like a bathroom door that looked like someone had kicked it in at one point. I expected more from this chain.'
