Hôtel près de Ceredo-Kenova Memorial Public Library (Kenova)

« Positive points: staff very smiling, nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed and sufficient breakfast (no more) Negative points: the walls are very thin (you can hear everything) and a train passes every morning and honks by the way, wifi can be improved, no way to change the tv chanel »

« The staff was rude, I booked a night for my son who was there for a job interview. Because I booked the room, they wanted him to produce verification for me since the card was in my name. My son had no phone so asked the clerk if he could use their phone to call me and I could verify and the clerk refused. He then asked the clerk if he could call and he refused. He turned my son away and he had to try to find another place to stay. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE...

« Helpful staff, clean hotel, stay here if in the area »

« This facility is definitely not up to normal DoubleTree standards that I am accustomed to. The building is somewhat run down, no breakfast was included, king size room was extremely small, the TV only had local channels. When I booked the room it stated cable TV and breakfast. I would not stay there again. »

« Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Very clean and cozy cabin! Great price! Looking forward to checking in again this weekend! »

« Property under construction. Strong smell of paint. It may be fine once renovation is completed. Great location. Friendly staff. »

« Clean room. Helpful staff. I did not eat breakfast or use the kitchen. My dog enjoyed the stay as well. »

« Sejour pro de 3 jours. Hotel confort, spacieux, propre et plus moderne que la moyenne. Excellente localisation pour sortir manger ou boire un verre. Un tres bon pued a terre pour decouvrir la West Virginia ! »

« The room smelled very musty. »

« Great clean rooms, very friendly staff! »

« It’s old and in need of renovation. The mattress itself was comfortable The hot tub was out of order and the breakfast was average at best. »

« Pros: staff and dog friendly Cons: not clean, not kept up, bathroom door broken, toilet rocked, shower looked dirty, bathroom sink cracked, AC barely worked, sat something in front of door because it didn't feel secure, infested with stink bugs and had spiders »

« While the property is in need of a facelift, the mattress was very comfortable! The bedding in our room was yellowed and didn’t smell clean. I called the front desk to get new pillowcases, but was told the office was locked. 🤔The towels were very thin but clean. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok! The motel is next to a busy train track with trains running all night. I must say at least the price was good! »
