'The highlight of our stay was AnnaMaria at the Front Desk. She was the epitome of guest service from the moment we arrived to when we left. She came outside to welcome us and load our luggage onto a bell cart, took the bell cart inside and met us at the front desk to check us in. 'Loved the little kitchen and the room. Loved the view from my room. All and all very satisfied. The only thing that I was looking for that never found was a safe to leave my items in. 'Anna from the front desk was a total sweetheart! She checked us in early and even helped with our luggage! The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'

'The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. '
