'There was a small blood stain on the comforter of one of the beds, so it obviously had not been changed from the last guest. Will not stay there again. There really were no amenities to speak of but it was close to Golden 1 center so that was a positive. For the huge price it was not worth it.'

'This property exceeded all of my expectations except for one. The good the staff was excellent they were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The room was a single king with bed, lounge chair, wall mounted work area, refrigerator and TV; all fairly standard. More importantly the room was very clean and the air conditioner worked very well. 'The room was clean but not 5 star clean. There was dust on the desk and one of the shower bottles had the adhesive fail all on its own. Keep in mind thus is a historic hotel....so pretty and cool, but there is no pool which is a little sad for a hotel in Sacramento.'

'The hotel itself was great. However, throughout the night they were various power surges that cut our electricity off. I could handle without an air conditioner but when you wear a CPAP not having electricity makes it very difficult to sleep and breathe. Upon checkout, the staff said they would have someone check it out, but didn’t offer much beyond that. A breakfast or something would’ve been great. But I’m sure that that didn’t cross their mind.'

'Goed parkeren veel plaatsen. Goed Amerikaans ontbijt . Wel mocht er iets van bruin brood bij .Propere kamer . Jammer dat we aan de inkomdeur lagen van blok 3 ( room 129) dit gaf veel lawaai. Maar s’nachts geen probleem '

'Anna from the front desk was a total sweetheart! She checked us in early and even helped with our luggage! The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'
