'It is in a great location, golden one is right across from the hotel. Walking distance anywhere in downtown. The hotel was very clean. The rooms really clean, the bed was comfy. The staff s very helpful from valet, check in and check out. When I left this morning the maid was cleaning the room next to mine she made the attempt to say and asked how my day was going. 'The hotel and rooms are always neat and clean. Staff is amazing and treat you like royalty. The Bar has the best drinks! Great spot for a staycation or business meeting.'

'Goed parkeren veel plaatsen. Goed Amerikaans ontbijt . Wel mocht er iets van bruin brood bij .Propere kamer . Jammer dat we aan de inkomdeur lagen van blok 3 ( room 129) dit gaf veel lawaai. Maar s’nachts geen probleem '

'Anna from the front desk was a total sweetheart! She checked us in early and even helped with our luggage! The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'

'The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. '
