The service was great, all the employees I had to deal with were respectful, helpful, kind and extremely polite and smiling. The room itself matched with the description. The bathroom is great, the beds are super comfy and it is well isolated. Superb view from my room and the restaurant, where the food was fine, slightly expensive but correct prices. The swimming pool is great, big enough with 2 spaces, one being meant for younger children. There is a pool bar as well. I strongly recommend this plo"

What really stood out was the exceptional quality of the staff. I wasn’t feeling well one morning, and they kindly offered to replace my usual breakfast with a comforting soup to help me recover. They even acted as an intermediary between our travel agency and a bus company to help us resolve a booking issue. The location of the hotel is also ideal — close to everything.
