'Honestly I am an avid traveler and Privado Designer Boutique Hotel was one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. Maria and every single staff member I came across was super nice, respectful and extremely helpful. On arrival at hey provide me with several coupons for near by restaurants and they were absolutely great places to eat at. 'We enjoyed this hotel a lot! Beautiful pool, very friendly staff and good breakfast. We booked a room with clublounge access and this was the only part that could be better. The (sparkling) wines were very sweet and did not taste good. The food offering in the evening was very limited, but the quality was decent. They also have cocktails, but they did not advertise that you have to make them yourself. After some help from chatGPT we found some nice combinations with the drinks that were on...

'Amazing customer service from all staff members, especially Daniel. From the very beginning he helped us with our bags and shared that it mattered to them that we had a great experience in & out of the hotel. Gym was convenient, breakfast was super delicious, they also have beach towels you can borrow. Planning my next stay in Cartagena in this hotel for sure. Super impressed. '

'Our stay was amazing! The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was very amazing and accommodating to us when our flights were cancelled and we had to stay another night. The gentleman at the front desk even put us in direct contact with the airline. Highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Cartagena as it’s also within distance from the Historical Center and Getsemaní! '

'staff is very nice and helpful, location is good, with 10 min walk you are in the old center. shopping center 15 meters away. the san felipe castle is opposite the hotel. During the day, afternoon and evening it is safe enough to walk to the centre but only at night it is advisable to take a taxi. i was hesitant to book this hotel. but now that i have been there. i am glad i booked this hotel. '
