'Had a large group of friends get together for a 30th bday! Enjoyed all the activities, and the river was absolutely perfect! Tons of room for everyone in the cabins. You will have spotty phone signal but wifi is great. Who needs their phones anyway?! Slide is not for the faint of heart but we all went down it multiple times! Everyone is already asking to do it again next year. Thank you, John and Becky!!!'

The house is Clean, well designed with ample storage and open concept. A little far from Fredericksburg town, but you can drive back to come & relax at this private wide open sanctuary. 'This property is rural, isolated, and beautiful, it's near Enchanted Rock and a short drive into Fredericksburg. Parking is good. The house has a large wrap around deck with amazing views of the countryside and dark skies for star gazing. We loved the big kitchen, spacious living areas, nice showers, and room for everyone to stretch out. It was very clean on the inside and on the deck. The deck could use some additional furniture. The lawn is unkept and over run, but the beauty from the deck...

'Perfect for our families - clean, fully stocked with kitchen gadgets and newer appliances, lots of bath towels, plenty of seating and places to sleep. Large, unfenced lot in the country, but not far from Main Street. Saw deer in the backyard when we drove up! Dark at night so you can see the stars! We loved our stay!'
