'My husband and I stayed for a 4-night trip to celebrate his birthday. Our host, Leo was the best VRBO host we have ever had! He communicated with us a few days prior to confirm our travel plans. He picked us up from the airport, then gave us a tour of the condo complex and our apartment. He gifted us Puerto Rican coffee and cookie treats! He provided us with excellent recommendations for authentic cuisine, posh bar with cocktails, and fun casual hangouts all within walking distance of our stay....

'The view of the ocean is amazing from the balcony. The room had everything we needed. We had a small concern, and the host took care of it immediately which ment a lot to us. This was a lovely room, would stay again.'

'Great location with ocean views, across the street from San Juan hotel (where we stayed for work trip), walking distance to grocery stores, beach access, restaurants and airport. Great pool area, coin laundry with many machines. Condo is dated, so don’t expect it to match pics, as I think we’re taken many years ago. Owner should consider updating living room couch, but bed was comfortable and he had great beach stuff to use. Thank you!'

'We just had a great 5 night stay at this condo. Juan the Property Manager was great! We communicated easily by text or phone calls. Luckily we didn’t have any issues during our stay but I know he would have helped us if we did. The security at the condo was good & we felt very safe there & in the surrounding areas. 'A little disappointed there was no balcony. We knew this : however, there were large windows that faced the ocean and opened letting in a nice breeze. We were there for 10 days and one of the elevators was broken the entire time. Easy access to the beach but no chairs provided and 2 chairs and 1 umbrella was $25 a day! You will have to buy ice. Would I stay there again? Yes fabulous location.'
