« Super convenient location with the grocery store right down the street and we even walked 15 minutes to dinner in Carmel one night. A little tight for six adult guys, but it was car week so we were on the go most of the day everyday anyways and it got the job done! »

« Nice location. The patio/deck was very challenging. The motion light didn’t stay on line enough. No outdoor light at the front door. Inside was fabulous. Outside was run down. Overall nice place. »

All appliances and needed utensils were made available. All and all a great place to stay. They surely have earned our loyalty. « Everything we needed for an amazing stay. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach towels and 6 beach chairs. And the views to the ocean were sublime. »

Plenty of room, basic amenities, great location, comfortable beds, close access to the ocean, and quick response by property manager to small detail when the coffee pot died. House is very spacious and sunny, nice backyard with table/chairs for relaxing, and quiet neighborhood. Would stay again. »

« Exquisitely beautiful and elegant home with museum-quality curated artifacts from around the world, especially Asia. A quiet sanctuary with beautiful views of the ocean as well as extraordinary landscaping and property. Highly recommended! »

« Enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Brown Barn. Such a unique fun place to stay with our family with great amenities.The view and location are perfect and foosball and pool were great fun during our down time. Rich and his wife are excellent hosts and shared events in the community they thought we would be interested in. Highly recommend and already booked our stay here again for next year. Bella and Taylor, the cows, were great entertainment for our 18 year old. »

« Great house! Very clean. Large deck looking over the lush landscape and ocean beyond. Sunsets were quite calming. Kitchen is small compared to the rest of the house, which is grand. So if you’re looking to cook up a storm and have everyone hang out near you, this is not that design. We moved the furniture around so we made it work. Everything else is as described… met our purpose. »

« This lovely well cared for home is exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed every moment we spent here. It is perfectly located just off the highway between Carmel and Big Sur. Just far enough tour of town for a tranquil and peaceful stay….Nirvana!The home was exceptionally clean with high quality linens and a well furnished kitchen. The owner checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. There were no issues with the house, everything is in excellent condition...
