The house was lovely, completely remodeled; exceptionally clean; very organized kitchen and exquisite master bath. It was not mentioned in the advertisement that the house backs up to a major highway in Carmel ... traffic noise was constant in the back patio and sleeping with windows open was impossible.

Wonderful house in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor area was incredible, I wish we could have used it more but we were busy exploring Carmel. The kitchen had everything you needed and the house was very clean.

This house in Mission Fields was adorable! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was so clean and organized. And the backyard was super inviting with a fire pit, grill, tv and ping pong table. We spent all of our free time there. The house was also close to all the activities we had planned in Carmel and the surrounding area and had a shopping center with stores, restaurants, gas.. anything you could need right across the highway. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful!

This property was just right for our stay! The managment crew was on top of everything. Slight issue with TV and they compesated us wonderfully. Thomas and crew at Santuary Management are exactly the people you want to rent from. Kitchen and whole house was awesome.

Great Property Close to Downtown

House is as advertised! Very clean modern property within walking or jogging distance to downtown Carmel. Nice quiet neighborhood and great space for a single family to stay in. We stayed with our daughter and my wife's parents and it was the perfect size for the 5 of us. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Wonderful place for a girls getaway!!

It was great experience. The house came with so many amenities. Fully stocked with dishes and appliances and anything needed. We were able to make a beautiful a wonderful dinner and sleep 6 ladies comfortably. The bathrooms were super clean and the living area cozy. Sad we couldn’t take advantage of the backyard but it was very nice. We would definitely visit again.

We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay here! We had a two year old and a 5 month old so we spent a lot of time in the house between naps and bed time. The home had everything we needed. The sound machines in every room and the blackout shades were such an added bonus. The kitchen and dining areas were spacious. We would definitely recommend and would definitely come back! Thank you!

High quality and very clean lovely property

Loved this house. Very clean. Very high quality fittings, seamlessly integrated. Lots of nice features and plenty of facilities, all very well done. Location near a Main Road, but was not a problem as traffic quiet at night and double glazing good. Agency extremely helpful. Would come again

Great property in a great location.

The house was overall very clean and well equipped. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is excellent and easy to get to the beach or the town. There were mouse droppings in the pantry and in the master bedroom. That was disappointing and the only reason this isn't a 5 star review overall. The company managing the property was quick to send someone out to clean it up and set some traps. They explained that 'these things can happen' when your property is near the ocean. I live near the ocean and I don't have mice... anyway, we didn't actually see any rodents, just the droppings. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for our young family. Fun ping pong table, lots of space, big table. It was very well-stocked and very clean. Communication was quick and easy and there were lots of little welcoming touches. Close drive to all the places we wanted to go and very quiet neighborhood.

Perfection, As Advertised....

This house at Mission Fields is nothing short of spectacular. We've probably stayed at a half dozen higher-end vacation rentals before happily and this is heads & shoulders above the crowd for several reasons. The home is incredibly well-appointed with everything one needs...the exceptional coffee maker (Moccamaster - I looked it up) brews in 90 seconds flat; Tempurpedic beds, the steam shower was DELIGHTFUL - we would return for the steam shower alone. The backyard is charming, with wonderful furniture, BBQ and herbs/produce growing...Perfect location, the 'town' side of Hwy 1, so even when town is VERY full, which it often is, one can easily take backroads (car, bike, foot) to be in Carmel proper in 5 minutes or less - this is an extraordinary feature, the sheer location. The Barnyard is more or less directly behind the house for total shopping/dining convenience, also. This property is not even a well above average rental, you can tell it is someone's pristine private home - all furniture, finishes, appliances, etc. are new(er) and very high end. The neighborhood is quiet and very lowkey (the home does back to Hwy 1, the road noise generally did not bother us, but for those extremely noise-sensitive or in warm/summer months, be aware)..the house has all sorts of books, games, small appliances/home comforts..we could not have been happier. If you like conventient, tidy, and outstanding home comforts, this is the vacation property for you & yours.
