'I’m a snob about cleanliness and this place was clean to my standards! Room style was outdated but who cares when you feel comfortable and clean! The floor, the corners, the countertops, entire bathroom, sheets, pillows, ect. Everything spotless and fresh! My complements to the cleaning crew, they do a great job!!! I always wear socks after getting out of the shower in hotel rooms and I didn’t even feel the need to do so here! The whole place just gave a kind of cozy, safe, good vibe all...

'Grand, historic charm characterize the experience here. The hotel was built in 1893, so the building had its quirks, but these add to the distinctive atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Again the building is quite old, and our suite did not have a thermostat nor an exhaust fan in the bathroom, but it was comfortable nonetheless, as the ceiling fan and open windows did the trick. '

'The spa and gym area are perfect for the stay. There are plenty of hiking trails to walk to. We exercised, hot tub (outside with beautiful mountain view) and ended with sauna. We were ready to start the day great!'

'Decent stop in Colorado. Surroundings are beautiful. Breakfast is bountiful, if a bit plain. Has a pool a good parking. Staff was nice.'

'We were just passing through, but this is a lovely hotel. The staff was friendly on several interactions. I was able to do some laundry after a muddy hike. We ordered food from the restaurant to take back to the room and it was delicious. '
