Blokhutten in Capri

'The view is gorgeous but the half mile trek uphill was undersold. They warn you that it’s a little trek but it is a steep incline )17-18 flights) to the center of town. We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening due to the distance back/forth and got food poisoning from the seafood. Two days of our trip was spent stuck in the room. The charge to transport your luggage is ridiculous but necessary with the hotel being so far. Concierge did give good advice on ferry tickets.'

'Casa di Capri was one of our highlights of our trip. It was a wonderful stay with a beautiful view on a gorgeous private roof terrace. Nice and homey rooms. Very comfortable location, steps from the Piazzetta, shopping streets and great restaurants. Great hospitality and service. Ernesto was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend Casa di Capri for your planning trip to Capri. When I come to Capri again, I will book this stay for sure.'

'Villa Brunella is a pretty hotel in a beautiful location. Sadly the breakfast is way below 4**** by international ànd Italian standards. We were very dissapointed by this. We think the Villa Brunella could be more creative in trying to offer an elegant breakfast in “Capri style” even if the setting around the pool is logistically challenging.'

'Dit is een must-book! Ligt op 5-10 min loopafstand van het centrale plein van Capri. Heel stil omdat je niet aan een doorgaande weg zit. Zwembad is perfect en ontbijt geweldig. Had ik maar langer geboekt. Fantastisch personeel. Aanrader!'
