'Location, location, location. This is a perfect location for sightseeing in Washington DC. It is a short walk to the Capitol, National Mall, and many museums. It was perfect for our week-long trip. A safe and relatively quiet neighborhood. Lots of on-street parking. We found parking on the street before and then we didn’t need to move our vehicle for street sweeping.
