'Very poor check-in service, unfriendly staff who couldn’t find my booking telling me it was my fault not theirs while in the end she was searching wrong. Was told that wifi was free because I was a Bonvoy member, but I was still charged on my creditcard afterwards. Beds are super small, not suited for 2 persons.'

'I was very disappointed with this property and would not stay again. There was a high pitch tone in the room at night and in the morning. There was a 30. daily fee added to the $300+ a night charge but could be used in restaurant so I went there for breakfast. The coffee was undrinkable and the food quite bad. Service the same. ugh
Penty of other places to choose from.'

The room itself had two clean and comfortable beds, two windows which slightly opened, clean towels and bedding. The door to the bathroom needs to be open bc the toilet is right across - no way to close the door without...

'Overall a good hotel. However, the room was noisy and for a 4.5 star hotel I found finishing in the bathroom was not neat. Personnel was very friendly. Unfortunate the VIP-acces hotel credit was only useable in the hotel restaurant and not in the coffee shop in the lobby. '

'No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again.'
