'Queen Victoria was amazing. The whole building and the rooms are quaint and take you back in time. The breakfast is delicious, the staff is beyond helpful, and the extras are great (like giving beach chairs & towels). the only downside was the parking. It is VERY hard to find free parking. That was the only con, but otherwise we had the best trip and loved it there.'

'There was no stress parking. The staff was adequate. The room was small and sparse. No coffee maker nor refrigerator. A refrigerator was an extra charge. While I do understand summer pricing is on the high side, I feel that we should have received more amenities for the room cost.'

'Disappointing stay at this small B&B. Unfortunately, there was no "welcoming smile" from the B&B owner when we arrived after a very long drive fraught with traffic jams. Instead, she immediately pushed the bill in front of us and demanded payment. What a start to a lousy stay at this cramped and uncomfortable hotel. 'There was no customer service. I was greeted when I got there but only because I looked lost and someone happened to be there. No one asked how my stay was going or if I needed anything. You're basically on your own aside from breakfast being served.'

'We really enjoyed our stay in the Star Inn, Cape May. The rooms were lovely, nicely decorated, cosy but with a modern bathroom, the bed was very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.'
