'Romm was exactly as stated, 2 min walk from a beautiful beach. Room was very clean. Everything we needed was there. Owner and manager went above and beyond when i ran into a little problem. Recommed this spot to anyone. We will be back. Very happy!!'

'This unit is on the ground floor and not far from the pool with the beach just beyond. The beach is near the Cocoa Beach Pier with many dining and lounge options. The unit is beautifully decorated and in excellent condition. We had a wonderful time! The host is very responsive to communication and truly wants the guests to have a great experience. The kitchen appliances and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The only minor negatives were the absence of a larger frying pan and sauce...

'Very cute little condo close to everything. Perfect for a girls weekend, enjoyed the condo very much. Kitchen & bathroom have everything you need, plenty of towels & beach towels, plus beach chairs. Short walk to beach or drive to beach parking lot. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!'

'On check in we found a loaded 9mm pistol. There were huge Palmetto bugs in the kitchen. A dirty tooth brush on the couch. So much dust, we left yesterday because we could not breathe. Dirty wash cloths in the drawer in the bathroom. Soda bottles behind the nightstand. Toothpicks and other trash on the floor. Just absolutely horrible. 4 broken coffee pots in the kitchen! Called the Sheriff's office and they took the gun and gave me a report. I am requesting a full refund!'

'Bedroom has an unusual window that is permently open to the dining area which creates lack of privacy if you have children staying in the living room. Screen door slider is off kilter a little making it difficult to use. Appreciated the washer and dryer-was happy that laundry detergent was provided. Need to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, soap. There were some that past guests had left but none provided by host.'

'The outside was run down due to lack of maintenance. The inside smelled of smoke which we were given a ozone machine to clear the smell thankfully. The pictures online are very deceiving. The furniture, walls, bedding, were dirty, door moulding was warped we couldn't get in or out of door. Poor lighting in bathroom, bedrooms and livingroom area. The rental next to us in #12 had paper thin walls, and we could hear the TV and loud fighting with each other late into the night. We have stayed in...
