'Appartamento in palazzo abbastanza recente e distante 200 m dal mare. Molto luminoso, dotato di aria condizionata con split in tre locali diversi. Cucina funzionale, armadi sufficientemente ampi, bel terrazzo. Persona di riferimento locale molto gentile e disponibile a fornire molte informazioni anche di natura turistica Doccia senza tenda, mancano lavatrice e stendino per il bucato (ci siamo arrangiati con il balcone...), talvolta non è facile trovare parcheggio nelle adiacenze'

'The place was in a beautiful location, 2 minute walk to the beach. It was super comfortable and modern with a great balcony. We really enjoyed it. Only thing was that wifi connection was not so good, but the place was so nice it didn’t bother us at all.'

'Pros: Der Garten ist sehr schön privat und absolut nicht einsehbar durch die Mauern. Man hat alles was man braucht und mit dem Außenbad fehlt es einem wirklich an nichts, um einen schönen entspannten Pool Tag zu erleben. Man kann Abends wunderbar draußen sitzen und grillen. Das Haus ist alt aber hat Charme und ist großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und die Handtücher sind sehr hochwertig. Man hat überall Klimatisierung, wenn man möchte. Der Ort Ariany ist klein und ruhig aber das wussten...

'La casa se encuentra en una urbanización muy tranquila, ideal para niños, de una sola planta muy amplia, la terraza genial para comer fuera. Las camas deberían cambiarse pero por el resto fenomenal. Tiene lavadora y plancha, todo tipo de menaje y cafetera Nespresso. La ubicación muy buena para ir tanto a la zona de Alcudia como a cala Millor. Volveremos'

Eine Schranktür müsste erneuert werden. Viele Schranktüren müssten gangbar gemacht werden.'
