'First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. 'I booked for 6 nights but after just one night I booked 9 more. I had already been to 5 cities in India and was tired so just wanted to unwind. I loved this guesthouse. It's less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. My room had a fridge which was great. The host Manuel was really accommodating and helped me book my taxi to the airport. It's really peaceful but just down the lane you'll find restaurants and shops. You can eat at the beach shacks but obviously that costs a bit more as you're on the...

'From Day1 upon checking till the exit after 4 days it was a very bad experience staying here. Power outages, AC not working, No hot water geyser. TV not working. The list is endless. Would not recommend this place to anyone. '
