'방이 넓고 쾌적하며 청결합니다. 직원들도 친절하고 좋습니다. 침대가 훌륭합니다. 다만, 건물 옆에 운동구장이 있는것 같은데 아침 일찍 운동하는 사람들로 인해 소음이 조금 있어요. 그리고 닭울음 소리도... 그리고 침실에 Exit 간판 불빛을 소등하거나 없애는 방법으로 개선이 필요해요. 빛에 예민한 사람들은요. 그것 빼고 나머지는 전부 다 만족해요. Ancient town고 가까워요~ 기회가 되면 다음에 또 머무를게요! '

'Hôtel très charmant et l’ensemble du personnel très aidant. Le propriétaire a même pris le temps pour nous expliquer ce qu’il y avait à faire près de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner excellent et les œufs préparés sur commande. La chambre était impeccable avec belle vue sur une rizière. Je recommande très fortement cet hôtel. '

'we had a pleasant stay at Will’s apartment! throughout the 4 days we were in hoi an, Will gave good tips and advised us on places we should visit in the area. it was also easy to get a grab/car to the old town and i enjoyed the change in scenery at the apartment. the room was satisfactory as well, with a comfortable bed and shower. there were also two friendly dogs which made the stay even more enjoyable :) highly recommend the apartment to travellers who are looking for a comfortable stay....

'My wife and I stayed here two nights and we had a great time. Phuong and her family so welcoming and kind to us. We immediately felt like we were visiting family when we arrived. The property is well-situated and central to everything. A short 5 min taxi ride to old town or 10 min drive to the beaches. Walking to old town is an easy 15-20 minutes. "Het hotel zelf is echt top: mooie, schone kamers en goede faciliteiten. We hebben hier over het algemeen een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Wat we wel merkten, vooral in het restaurant, is dat de houding van het personeel in het begin soms wat afstandelijk was. Zodra ze doorhadden dat we uit Nederland komen (Surinaamse achtergrond), veranderde de benadering duidelijk en werd de service veel vriendelijker. Ik snap dat dit niet altijd bewust gebeurt, maar als gast voelt dat toch vervelend. Al met al een goed hotel, maar dit punt deed wel iets af aan de ervaring."
